How to do it
Open Players in the coach workspace, choose the team and open Development.
Choose the season and assessment period: Autumn round or Spring round.
Select a player. TrainTeam shows six to twelve position skills configured for the team and four shared attitude skills.
Rate every skill from 1 to 5 and add the required development focus of at least 10 characters. In spring, the autumn values appear as a neutral starting point and do not count as a new assessment until you save them.
Optionally add a private staff note and choose whether the assessment should be visible to the family.
Save a draft to continue later or publish the completed assessment. The action above the list publishes all complete saved drafts for the selected period.
After publication, the recipient selected by the team's contact mode receives a notification leading to the player profile.
