Instructions
Step-by-step instructions: how to set up a club, add a team and players, invite parents, create a training or match and check attendance in TrainTeam.
A club account is the starting point in TrainTeam. From it you begin adding teams, players and inviting parents. Below are the steps that walk you through registration and the first setup.
Open guideA team is the basic unit in a club: you assign a coach, players and events to it. Adding the first team takes a moment.
Open guidePlayers in a team are the basis for attendance, call-ups and communication. You can add them one by one, and each gets their own card.
Open guideAn invitation gives the parent access to an account where they confirm the child's attendance and receive messages. You send the invitation from the parent link.
Open guideA training in the calendar is an event where you collect availability and mark attendance. Creating it takes a moment.
Open guideYou check attendance at the event. First you see availability responses, and after training or a match you mark who actually was there.
