How to do it
Open Payments and set the pricing: the base monthly amount, the due day and sibling discounts (detected automatically by the shared parent).
Fees are billed automatically every month; use manual billing after new players join - already billed players are skipped.
Use individual rates for exceptions - an amount of 0 exempts a player from fees.
Review statuses, mark cash payments as paid and export the list to Excel.
Overdue fees trigger automatic reminders to parents - no manual chasing.
