How to do it
Open Payments and set the pricing: the base monthly amount, the due day and sibling discounts (detected automatically by the shared parent).
Paid plans generate monthly fees automatically; use manual billing after new players join - already billed players are skipped.
Use individual rates for exceptions - an amount of 0 exempts a player from fees.
Review statuses, mark cash payments as paid and export the list to Excel.
Paid plans support automatic reminders according to the club’s settings. Overdue fee notifications go to the player or the parents linked to their profile, depending on contact settings and active accounts.
