How to enable online club fee payments (Stripe)?
How an admin connects the club's Stripe account so parents can pay fees online by card or other online methods.

How to connect the club's Stripe account
Sign in as the club admin and open the "Payments" section.
Find the "Club payout account" card and click "Connect with Stripe".
You will be taken to the Stripe form - fill in the club details and the bank account where fees should arrive.
Back in TrainTeam, check the card status: "Connected" means the club can accept online payments.
What connecting Stripe gives you
Without Stripe, only manual marking of payments works. Once connected, parents pay fees online - by card or other online methods - and the money goes straight to the club's bank account. TrainTeam never holds the funds: Stripe processes the payments and a successful payment marks the fee as paid automatically.
Stripe account verification
Stripe sometimes needs extra details before it activates payouts. The page will then show a note that Stripe still requires information, with a way back to the form. You can refresh the account status in the same card at any time.
What parents see once enabled
Fees with the "Pending" status get a "Pay" button. A small service fee is added to online payments and shown to the parent before confirming. Very low fees below the Stripe minimum can be settled manually or raised in the pricing.
