How to send a message to parents?
A message lets you send information to selected people — the whole team, parents or only those called up. That way important things don't get lost in loose chat.

Step by step
Go to the team's messages or announcements section.
Choose recipients: the whole team, parents or a selected group.
Write short, specific content with the important details.
Optionally tie the message to an event (e.g. a match).
Send — recipients get a notification.
Extra notes
- If the information needs a reaction, send it as a request with a notification.
- Recipients see only the messages that concern them.
- Send important one-way updates to selected recipient groups.
Common problems
I want to message only some parents
When sending, choose a specific group of recipients instead of the whole team.
A parent says they didn't get the message
Check that the parent is linked to the player and accepted the app invitation, and that they have notifications enabled.
