Join a club using an invitation
Have an invitation link or code? Confirm access with a sign-in link or Google account and continue to the correct workspace.

How to join
Have a link — open the newest message and select it. Have only a code — go to trainteam.app/auth/join and paste it on the Join team screen.
Check the recognized club, team and role. Enter your email only if the invitation did not fill it in automatically.
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then choose ‘Send sign-in link’ or ‘Continue with Google’. The Google account must use the email address from the invitation.
If you choose a sign-in link, open the newest email. After confirmation, TrainTeam takes you to the correct workspace.
What happens after you join
Your role is set by the invitation. Parents see information linked to their children, players see their schedule, coaches see assigned teams and administrators see the club workspace. One account can hold several roles.
Can't join?
The invitation is invalid or expired
Ask the club administrator or coach to resend the invitation. Open only the newest message because an older link may no longer be active.
The sign-in link did not arrive
Check Spam or Promotions and verify the email shown with the invitation. You can return to the join screen and send the sign-in link again.
Google does not accept the invitation
Choose the Google account with the same email address that received the invitation. If you use another address, go back and choose the sign-in link.
The invitation shows the wrong club, team or role
Do not confirm it. Ask the sender to revoke the invitation and create a new one with the correct details.
The invitation was already accepted
Go to sign in and use the same email address. If the club is still missing after sign-in, contact the club administrator.
