Step by step
In the club admin panel go to the seasons section.
Check the current season's dates — the app reminds you about its end a month ahead.
Start the new season wizard and enter the date range of the next playing year.
Review proposed names for existing teams; only U4–U22 names receive a numerical suggestion.
Mark the players who are not continuing at the club.
Confirm each team's contact mode and review the summary — the new season becomes active immediately.
Plan the regular training week for the teams at the start of the season.

Extra notes
- Events receive a season from their date, so earlier events remain in the previous period.
- Teams and continuing memberships are not copied; they remain in place across the transition.
- Coach assignments are unchanged unless an administrator updates them separately.
Common problems
Last season's statistics disappeared
They did not — they belong to the previous season. Switch the season in the statistics or attendance filter.
A player ended up in the wrong group
After the wizard finishes you can move a player between teams from their card or the people list.
Season dates overlap
Seasons cannot overlap. Shorten the end date of the previous season or move the start of the new one.
