How do I start a new season in the club?
A season keeps statistics, attendance and fees ordered in time. Before a new playing year it is worth closing the previous season and moving age groups up — the wizard walks you through it step by step.
Step by step
In the club admin panel go to the seasons section.
Check the current season's dates — the app reminds you about its end a month ahead.
Start the new season wizard and enter the date range of the next playing year.
Decide which age groups move up to an older group.
Mark the players who are not continuing at the club.
Review the summary and confirm — the new season becomes the active one.
Plan the regular training week for the teams at the start of the season.
Extra notes
- Events and fees are stamped with a season automatically, based on their date.
- Without an active season new events and charges stay unassigned — so create the next season before the first training session.
- Players marked as leaving are no longer included in fee charges.
Common problems
Last season's statistics disappeared
They did not — they belong to the previous season. Switch the season in the statistics or attendance filter.
A player ended up in the wrong group
After the wizard finishes you can move a player between teams from their card or the people list.
Season dates overlap
Seasons cannot overlap. Shorten the end date of the previous season or move the start of the new one.
