Pricing and payment questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan covers 1 team and up to 40 people — no card, no commitment. Start for free. Enable a paid plan in Payments after account activation.
How do you count people towards the plan limit?
The limit covers the whole club: players, parents, coaches and administrators, including before account activation. Each profile counts once, regardless of the number of roles or teams. Two children + one shared parent = 3 people. People assigned only to frozen teams do not count towards the limit.
Do I pay per coach or per team?
No. The price covers the whole club, however many coaches you have; plans differ in their team and people limits.
What do online club-fee payments cost?
The fee module is included in Team, Club and Academy. Online payments require a verified club Stripe account. Parents pay the fee amount. TrainTeam adds no service surcharge. The club pays Stripe payment processing costs. Rates depend on the country, payment method and account pricing.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
