iPhone
Open TrainTeam in Safari and sign in.
Tap Share, scroll the list and choose “Add to Home Screen”. If it isn't there, tap “Edit Actions” at the bottom and add it.
Open TrainTeam from the Home Screen icon and sign in again — the Home Screen app doesn't share your Safari sign-in.
When TrainTeam asks about notifications, tap “Enable notifications” and allow them in the system prompt. If you aren't asked, turn them on in Settings → Notifications.
Android
- Open TrainTeam in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap “Enable notifications” on the card at the bottom of the dashboard or in Settings → Notifications, and allow them in the browser prompt.
- You can also install the app with “Install” — notifications work either way.
Computer
In Settings → Notifications, turn on push for this browser and allow it when the browser asks. Every device and browser is enabled separately — push on your computer doesn't replace push on your phone.
If notifications are blocked
The app can't undo a blocked permission — you change it in your phone or browser settings, then come back to TrainTeam.
- iPhone: Settings → Notifications → TrainTeam in the list → turn notifications on.
- Android with the installed app: press and hold the TrainTeam icon → App info → Notifications → turn them on, then close and reopen TrainTeam.
- Android in Chrome: tap the Page info icon to the left of the address → Permissions → set Notifications to Allow.
Why push notifications matter
Push tells you about urgent changes right away: a new event, a call-up, a cancelled training session, an announcement or a message that needs a reply.
Without it, the notification waits in the app until you open it — often after the reply deadline.
