The more teams and age groups, the harder it is to keep everything in one place. Dates live in one coach's calendar, attendance in a notebook, parent contacts on a phone, and decisions get lost across several chat groups.
TrainTeam ties teams, staff, players and parents into one club structure. The admin sees the whole picture, and each coach works within their team on the same rules.

Run age groups in parallel, without switching between separate tools.
Club admin, coach, parent and player each see only what they need.
Collect availability responses and mark actual attendance after every event.
Pick the squad based on confirmations and send call-ups to the right people.
Send information to a chosen team, parents or staff, without chat chaos.
Start with a group that has a training session coming up and someone responsible for running it. Test a complete event: an accurate squad, family access, a date in the calendar and attendance recorded by the coach. Creating a club account alone does not check that workflow.
Check contacts before inviting parents. When a family can access the right child and see their next session, the purpose of the app becomes clear. Introduce other teams using the same process.
An administrator works with the club's teams and organisation, a coach with assigned groups, and a family with information about their linked player. Families can respond to events without receiving the full club contact list.
A coordinator is an organisational responsibility; access in the app depends on the assigned role and permissions. Coach permissions can also be restricted. When staff change, review team assignments and access instead of passing on a former coach's login.
Count teams and everyone using the club: players, parents and staff. Player numbers alone do not describe an academy where families also have access. Check limits and prices in the current pricing.
Free lets you start with one team. Choose Team, Club or Academy for a larger structure. Test family responses, the coach's phone workflow and attendance with your first group before expanding.
