Match duration
The team has a default match length, which you can change for a specific match when needed.

Matches and statistics
Record the score, goals with assists, cards and substitutions at the match. TrainTeam calculates minutes from them and adds everything up for each player — per season and per competition, without a separate spreadsheet.
Right after the final whistle a coach remembers the scorers, the substitutions and who started on the bench. A few weeks later the same information has to be dug out of notes or rebuilt from memory.
Over a whole season you need a record, not recollections. The trouble is that every part of that record lives somewhere else.
One season, five places
A goal recorded during a match is more than a line in a report. The same entry updates the score, appears in the match timeline and counts towards the statistics of the scorer and the assisting player. Minutes come from the lineup and substitutions, and actual attendance from the list saved after the event.
An event with the opponent, date, competition type and match duration.
Goals, assists, cards and substitutions recorded during or after the match.
Every event is linked to a specific person in the team.
The player profile and team table add up data from match to match.

The coach records an event once, and the data stays linked to the match and the player. The details are covered in the instructions for [recording live results, goals, assists and cards](/pomoc/wynik-live-gole-asysty-kartki).
A goal for your team or for the opponent updates the score immediately. A match entered afterwards can be closed with the score alone.
Pick the scorer and, optionally, the assisting player. It is one event, so the score and player statistics stay consistent.
A separate action that adds to the opponent's score without naming their player.
A card is recorded against a specific player. Staff see it in the team statistics.
Who came off, who came on and in which minute. A player leaving without a replacement, for example after a red card, can be recorded too.
The latest event can be undone. It disappears from the timeline, and the score and statistics are counted without it.
In youth football, the number of minutes says more than a simple “played”. TrainTeam calculates it from what the coach sets at the match anyway — the steps are described in the instructions on the lineup, substitutions and match minutes.
The team has a default match length, which you can change for a specific match when needed.
By default everyone starts. You only mark the players who begin on the bench.
Every substitution has a minute, and player minutes are recalculated automatically.
If the calculation does not match what happened, enter a player's minutes manually or switch back to counting from substitutions.
An appearance counts only when the player has more than zero minutes in the saved lineup. A substitute who did not come on is marked “did not play”. A match without a saved lineup adds no zeros — statistics show that the data is missing.
This is not squad selection. Who travels to the match is decided earlier, in match call-ups. The lineup and substitutions describe what has already happened on the pitch.
The data does not end with a single match. The same records build the player profile, the team table and the results history.
A summary of one player in the selected team and season, showing how many matches the minutes come from.
All players side by side. Sort by any column and search for a player by name, shirt number or position.
Matches played with the score and scorers. Expand a match to see its timeline, with recent form shown above the list.
You don't have to mix practice matches into league statistics. The competition type is set on the match, and the team table lets you narrow the statistics to one of them — together with the season.
Tournaments are counted in the all-competitions view. The player profile shows the total for the selected season.

A spreadsheet can hold everything as long as someone keeps it up to date. The difference is where the numbers come from.

Statistics are also a source for TrainTeam AI, the assistant for coaches. The assistant does not make up its own numbers: it reads what the team has recorded and helps you summarise it.
Results, events, minutes and attendance from match to match.
It reads the selected team's statistics for a season, a month or the whole history.
The assistant is read-only, and you check important facts in the source views.

The assistant is available to coaches and club administrators. Each club gets 100 free requests.
Each stage answers a different question: who can play, who the coach selects, what happened on the pitch and what it means for the season.
The score, match timeline and minutes feed into statistics.
The scope of data depends on the role. The coach does not have to hide anything by hand — families simply do not receive the fields meant for staff.

FAQ
Appearances, minutes, goals, assists, yellow and red cards, and attendance. All of them come from data recorded at matches: events, the lineup, substitutions and the attendance list. TrainTeam does not calculate metrics from video analysis or tracking devices.
Yes. A goal with a named scorer and an optional assist counts towards both players' statistics. If you enter only the score without scorers, the match result is correct, but the goals are not assigned to anyone automatically.
Yes. Minutes come from the match duration, the starting lineup and substitutions, and the coach can correct them manually. A match without a saved lineup does not add zero — statistics show that the data is missing rather than claiming the player did not play.
By default you see the club's active season. You can choose another season or all seasons at once. Statistics include matches with a closed or published result.
Yes. The team statistics table has a competition filter: league, cup, friendly and practice match. Tournaments are counted in the all-competitions view.
